Accreditation Instructions/Guidelines;

Follow the below instructions and guidelines to complete accreditation

• Appear neat and modest in your dressing
• Work as a team
• You may give a minority report where need be
• On no account should you be influenced to change your score by the team members or institution you visited
• The entire exercise should be conducted in a friendly manner
• Criticize constructively where necessary
• The exercise must be completed within a stipulated time
• No creation of new score outside the template score
• Where necessary take pictures of items you are reporting on
• There should be no demand for gratification before, during and after the assignment
